Competitive Teams

In these teams, players train comprehensively on a daily basis, focusing on their technical, tactical, and mental skills, as well as physical conditioning. The training also includes specialized preparation programs for competitions, aiming to maximize each athlete’s potential and achieve the highest possible performance in matches.

  • Teams consist of 3–4 players each and correspond to the age groups and programs “Development 11-14” and “15-17 years”.

  • Training schedule includes 6 sessions per week.

  • Duration of group training sessions is 120 minutes, and individual sessions are 90 minutes (subject to adjustment based on athlete needs and period).

  • Includes 3 specialized Physical Conditioning sessions of 60 minutes each per week.

  • Additional individual training sessions are provided when deemed necessary.

  • Specialized content training and preparatory matches are included.

  • Participation in tennis camps during preparation periods.

  • Participation in national and international tournaments according to each athlete’s profile.

  • The goal is to achieve the highest possible performance in the older junior age groups, U16 and U18.
